Accessibility statement
BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. wants the Blindium website to be usable by everyone, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. This statement explains the accessibility level of the site, what you can adjust and how to report any barrier to us.
Reference framework
The site takes as its reference the EN 301 549 standard, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and the accessibility requirements of Spanish Law 11/2023, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882. The exact scope of the legal obligations depends on the type of service and is reviewed with legal advice.
Compliance status
The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA because of the limitations listed below. This assessment comes from a self-evaluation by BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. and does not replace an external audit.
Measures in place
- Semantic structure with headings, regions and lists, and the language declared on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Alternative text for informative images and a text description of the diagrams.
- Sufficient colour contrast for text and controls, in dark and light mode.
- Text can be enlarged up to 200 % and the layout adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop without loss of content.
- The system preference to reduce motion is respected; no content flashes.
- Forms with labels, instructions and error messages linked to each field.
- Cookie notice, preferences and accessibility settings that work with keyboard and screen readers.
Settings you can adjust
With the accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of the screen, or “Accessibility settings” in the footer, you can enlarge the text, turn on high contrast, stop animations, underline all links and turn on easy reading, with more space between lines and letters. Settings are saved in your browser only.
You can also use your browser zoom and the light or dark mode button in the header.
Non-accessible content
- The verification code in the contact form is an image with no audio alternative. If you cannot read it, you can request another code or write to contacto@blindium.es saying that you need an alternative.
- The video player is a YouTube service and its accessibility depends on that provider. The video has no transcript of its own; its essential content is described in the page text.
- On narrow screens some diagram labels are small; the diagram can be zoomed and the essential information is also given in the text.
Reporting a barrier or requesting an alternative format
You can report any accessibility problem, request information in an accessible format or send us suggestions through the contact form or by writing to contacto@blindium.es. Please tell us the page and the problem you found; we will reply as soon as possible.
Preparation and review
Statement prepared on 30 September 2026 by self-evaluation. It will be reviewed at least once a year and after any significant change to the site.
